About
I was born in California and lived in 4 more states before settling recently in the Tampa, FL area with my husband and kids.
I went to grad school in pennsylvania for Physician Assistant Studies and worked in the ER for most of my career, but I spent my last year working with some wonderful folks in Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery.
I’m now a full time mom (two boys) and writer. My kids are awesome and we spend our summers at the beach and exploring the Florida jungles. I love running in the wee early hours when it’s still dark and quiet while listening to audiobooks. Last year I read 59 books this way and I’m hoping to beat that this year.
Our dog, Corduroy, has noodles for bones and loves everyone–except squirrels, he’s at war with them (they’re winning). You can see lots of cute photos of his truly bizarre sleeping positions here.
